Layout & planning

Tile is dry-laid and measured before anything is set, so pattern, spacing, and transitions are right the first time.

Surface prep

Subfloors and walls are leveled, cleaned, and waterproofed where needed so tile has a stable base.

Precision cutting & setting

Clean cuts around fixtures, corners, and thresholds, set with the correct thinset and spacing for the material.

Grouting & sealing

Grout lines are finished evenly and sealed where the material calls for it, for a floor or wall that holds up.
